i know this might sound silly, but have you read the book "Where Rainbows End" by Cecilia Ahern. It really reminds me of your situation.

You say that he is your best friend. I believe that if you have had thse feelings for himm, he must have known. I

think that you need to tell him how you feel. i kno it might be hard but i thinks its something you need to do. may be write him a letter bur dont give it to him. write it all down on a piece of paper and then decide if you want to give it to him.

if he really is your best friend he will listen 2 you and be honest with you. if you find out that he doesnt have feelings for then i think, even though it will hurt, you will finally be able to move on. and once you do, you can be best friends again.

Jus try it. Let us know what happens xx
