Basschick agony auntIt's common for young mother's to have some sleep deprevation. Your baby probably interrupts some of your sleep and at other times you're worrying subconsciously. Your husband needs to help out at night so you aren't doing it all. He may even need to take the baby out of the house for an outing so you can unplug the phone, drink a big glass of wine and pass out for about 7 hours. You'll be fine. You just have to keep telling yourself this and pretty soon you'll relax and stop fretting so much over stuff that keeping you awake. Good luck.

fi_the_tree agony auntGo and see your doctor ASAP!! They can refer you to a sleep clinic, where they monitor your brain activity throughout the night.

If you're feeling sick and dizzy because of it, then you need to take action NOW! Otherwise something seriously bad could happen. Good luck :)
