You're in a difficult position, but you really need to relax. Everyone reacts differently when they drink alcohol. Have you seen your girlfriend when she has drunk alcohol? Because not everyone becomes so drunk that they don't know what they're doing, or loses all they're inhibitions. The only affect it might have is that she becomes more chatty. If this is the case, there is no need to worry.
You seem to have discussed your worry with your girlfriend which is fantastic. It's good that you haven't tried to stop her going out.
You should remember that your girlfriend's friends will look out for her. Gradually you will become more relaxed about this. It's always hard at the start, but you'll be fine.
