 Sounds like its one of two things.
1. you're being dramatic and its not that bad
or
2. you are being targeted for child abuse. It happens with many families.One child will be abused, the rest not.
I hope you're the former and not the latter.
Now, to find out, put yourself in her shoes. Does she have a valid reason to yell at you? Are you breaking rules and your brother is not? Because if he is,then its a double standard she made for you two, if he's not, then why should he be yelled at?
figure this out, because to solve problems a lot of times you have to use empathy, even when you're pissed off. However, if you do put yourself in her shoes and realize she is being unfair, then try talking to her about it. It might open her eyes.
