The first time I had sex, and another time since, whenever I've gone on top, it's been uncomfortable, painful for the both of us and I can't seem to get a rhythm going or know how to move/ different variations, nothing. I feel really embarrassed cos he is so much more experienced. How is it supposed to be done? :s anyone help? Reply to this Question Share |

Try to make it fun. Take your time and ask him to take the lead. If this is the real thing he will be sensitive to your needs and take care of you. If you are in pain in certain positions, then move to a place where you feel more comfortable. Your boyfriend will like the fact that you aren't as experienced as him, it shows him that he is special. Hope this helps.

don't go on top when your not used to having sex because it's so much harder, he's the more experienced let him do the work. then once you have done it a couple of times, get your boyfriend to hold your waist so he is pulling you on to him so he's controlling the rhythm. x
