Doctors have pretty much given up on trying to find out what's wrong so every couple of months I just have a blood test. What I was wondering is, does anyone have any advice or tips on getting pregnant? Anything at all, no matter how bizzare! really would be appreciative xxx

what sort of blood test are they giving you? if you are really serious about getting pregnant ask your doctor to refer you for infertility studies with a gynaecologist. your partner will have to produce a semen sample for them to test in case the problem is with him. read up on poly cystic ovary syndrome, see if the symptoms sound familiar to you. are you a healthy weight? being very overweight or very underweight can cause fertility problems and being underweight can make your periods stop. smoking has adverse effect on fertility too, so if you and your boyfriend smoke, stop. you both need to eat healthily to maximise your chances of getting pregnant
