I am not sur will we were freinds for a loong time, and he loved me so much but he didn't tell me because he thaught that i don't look at hem the same way, and he was right, so someone advice hem to go away from me to forget me and that what he did, on those times i feelt that .... i don't know how to explain empty, lonely, sad ... , so i decided to forget because it was the chance because we had vacation from school so that what i start to did after 5 days exactly he send me a msg and he told me that he loves me and miss me so much and because i didn't want to lose hem again i told hem me too, and from that day - wich by the way is the last tuesday - when he tell anything like : i like u ; i live u ; i miss u ; i tell hem me too and i feel that he is tired of me and i really really don't want to lose hem soo pliiiize tell me what to do

I don't know what its like in Morocco, but I draw a strict line between "in love" and "love". Being in love is infatuation, a crush, the happy feeling you get when you see someone. To love someone goes way beyond that. Maybe you are just infatuated with him, you are "in love" with him. You do not love him? Then you can say "I am in love with you", instead of "I love you"

Hmmm. Well honey only you can find the answer to what is blocking you inside yourself. Can you try taking baby steps towards it? What if you write it on a note or in a card? Then you could give it to him. You could start trying to say it one piece at a time... when he says I love you say I do too. Then you've got one word out of the way. Try saying I feel the same way about you. That's two words out of your mouth. And work up to to I love you. Say I love when you do ___. Say I love being with you. Then hopefully with all that practice one day you will be comfortable to just say "I love you too!". Good luck!
