You NEVER want to mess around with health related issues, especially those of a gynocological nature. Not being able to pass uring can quickly turn ugly, like a kidney infection for one.
Instead of writing here for your questions about your health and body, please make an appointment with your doctor.
In your case you need to be seen by a doctor TODAY.

To your GP or A&E now. Do not wait. I ran your symptoms through the NHS symptom checker, and got this:
"Make an appointment to see your GP.
You need make an urgent appointment to see your GP immediately.
If you cannot get to your GP, go to A&E (the accident and emergency department at a hospital).
Find your nearest A&E.
Please review your answers before calling.

You probably waited too long to go or maybe your period has made you swollen and cut off your ureter.
No matter, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. A burst bladder is deadly.
