You need to review your washing regime, check you only use non scented soaps etc and never use bubble bath that is not suitable for a baby.
Wear cotton knickers and wash at least twice a day, more if you get very hot, dont wear tights and if possible wear no knickers as this lets you breathe (this worked for me!!)
Thrush is awful and like you I have suffered for many years and it did effect my sex life, sex was painful and casused the thrush to never fully clear as my partner would get it and re-infect me without knowing.
Now I follow my advice above and as soon as I feel itchy I use canesten cream and then if needed use a pessary (cream comes with the pessary ) you can get them from GP or over the counter at chemist.
Always keep a spare box and ensure you drink loads of water and cranberry juice, also urinate after sex and make sure you wipe yourself front to back.
As for your orgasms, it sounds like you are very nearly there or have had one and not known, if when masturbating you make yourself sore, you need to stop, urinate and leave yourself alone for a few days, you may be too hard on yourself or too eager to bring yourself to orgasm.
Do not get hung up on having an orgasm, this will increase the pressure on you and may stop you having one, just keep practicing and have kinky thoughts in your head, this will help.
Make sure you are not worried about anything and with everything in place one day it will happen, if it has not already, we all have different strengths of orgasm, sometimes I can have a strong one (usually when i have not played with myself for sometime) and sometimes it is just a nice feeling but not a full blown all out one.
good luck and relax

A friend of mine gets those infections all the time. It happens to more people than just you, so don't feel alone. Also, I wasn't really able to have an orgasm until I was a little older than you are now, so there is still hope. It may be that you are trying too hard, honestly. There are lots of books and resources on the female orgasm and I am sure you could try to order one of those from amazon if you are too embarrassed to buy one in the stores. As far as the BI thing goes, maybe you should try changing up your diet -- I hear that can have a lot to do with it. My friend started eating yogurt every day and the enzymes somehow helped her avoid getting them as often. If you have any concerns at all, you should talk these things over with your gyno and I am sure she will be happy to answer any questions you have. Good luck!
