I also have a very hard time reaching orgasms and it only happens with outside stimulation of my clit.

After the birth of my daughter I felt the same. I couldn't have orgasms or didn't reach them at all. It is connected with low libido. Sentia pills help much in these situations. I have rather easy orgasms now.

I'm sure your g-spot is still there and hasn't decided to leave your body. You may find you have been desensitised a bit. It'll still be there somewhere.
Child birth may have had an affect on certain things down there and it might just take some time to get over the births for things to go back to the way they were. You may find your body has to have different things done to it to get you to the point of orgasm.
Can you talk to your midwife/doctor about this if it really concerns you?
