writes: I am madly in love and have found my soul mate, my other half.I just found sex pictures of him and his ex and can't get them out of my mind. My logical self knows that a past is a past, and we all have them. But I can't get the images out of my mind. They have now been deleted from the computer but how do I delete them from my mind. Everytime I blink I see the pictures. My mind has even taken the picutres and made them into a movie with sound. I can't stop my mind from seeing these images and everytime I look at him all I see is the pictures. I realize this is not healthy and is a bit dramatic but I can't stop. He has done nothing wrong but yet somehow I feel angry with him. Advice would be helpful

You have to be stronger and believe that you too are beautiful and sexy and that he loves YOU! Keep reassuring yourself mentally bacause really he has done nothing wrong and you will create unecessary tensions in your relationship over something that no longer exists! Have faith in yourself! xx
