In class when I look at him, he'll look at me and give such a gorgeous half smile, and he'd make sure I'd be in his class after school and he'd comment on how smart I am and how I am beautiful. Many of my friends say me and him flirt but I don't see it. I think he's only being friendly but goodness gracious I still can't get over my crush on him. Any advice?

It is inappropriate for a teacher to be going around calling his or her students beautiful. I cant tell if he is flirting with you or not because I have not witnessed it. But if he has been then he is the one in the wrong here. You are still a teenager, and believe it or not at your age plenty of young girls get crushes. But the teacher is the responsible one and is the one that has to put a stop to behaviour like this.
At the end of the day he would lose his job and his respect within the community. I understand how you are feeling but it will get better in time. You need to just try and avoid him at all costs and just carry on with your education. Once you leave school it will get all better and you will soon look back on this and smile.
