writes:Hear I am, 21 years old guy, still a virgin, never had a girlfriend, don't even know if I know how to kiss.. the reason is that I have that mentality that girls don't dig me, u see I get that idea of approaching girls and stuff (pick on her try to make a conversation in aim of getting her contacts or asking her out), but you see thats the thing, I don't know the right words to say to her, and hard thing is I can't just tell her that I like her or in love with her.. thats like dropping the boom, I know that for fact because that has let me to many rejections from girls who are beautiful, sexy, even who I use to call friends and not mention the one that I believed and said she is the love of my life because she is the one who I have ever loved more than anyone, and you know I still do! but anyway I don't know when I will have that chance of being loved, I don't know what it doesn't happen to me everyone in my age is dating or having a relationship, this depresses me, please help

 Well sweetie, it sounds to me that you have low self confidence which has lead to this theory that you are unapproachable. Every girl is different, some like confident guys, but others do like the more shy guys, so you're in with a win there. And there is no harm practising your chat up lines in your mirror, or with your friends. You could always try a something different, like cutting your hair to try and boost your confidence. And love always comes when you're not looking for it, so in the mean time, try and do something that will take your mind of thinking about it, which will hopefully stop you from being depressed. Remember to smile, becuase no matter what you think, you'll always be beautiful to someone, somewhere. Time is a natural medicine, it can solve everything, all you have got to do is wait.
