 Hmmm well most people tend to feel a little nervous or anxious on their first time which can stop people from climaxing or delaying it even, if this isn't the case however you might just need to try diffrent positions, or kiss and touch eachother a bit more, and then i'm sure you'll feel something, but if it really worries you and you feel it may be a medical matter then contact your Doctor for more information, i hope this helps, all the best,
