With me he has no urge to continue a second time. He also says its not that I am not tight I even get too wet. He can make me cum every other way. That says alot for him! He does say I am loud and he is not use to that. He dose not like I prolong him while going down on him. I myself have been working on the sex part of my life cause of my past.I love him and will do anything to make him happy so I need to know what to do to help him want to go a second time or feel that closeness he wants with me? If I understand you correctly, the reason you do not have an orgasm is that your boyfriend has his long before you are close to yours. He claims that he is "used to going longer a second time", but that with you he has "no desire" to do so. It sounds to me as though HE is the one who has to work on the sex, not you. He needs to last longer, so that the sex is satisfying to both of you (this business about "going a second time" is an excuse in my view).
