I basically can talk to any guy, unless he is my crush.I think he likes me back, because he is also shy around me.Once, there was a time when he put his arms around me.Maybe it was a joke or something...But I was like..."Omg"And when I would look at him, he would look at me backArgh. I keep telling myself to tell him that I like him, but I can't. Can someone advise me?

i have the same problem my crush is always contenstly fixing his hair and shirts and kinda walking away, but sometimes he can be totally with me. I know exactly how you feel!!! Sometimes ppl can;t give good adivce so....
Walk up to his "group of friends" at a hang out or wherever but not generally to him (do it with a friend) and bot just say hi.... whatever there talking bout act pro totally ignore him not a long time but a little (or he'll leave!!) And go "O hey _ " or have ur friend go "o look there's _" and that will make it look like u hae to say hi.
Look ur best and make sure to just be urself but act cool!!! thats a start from there it up to u!

 don't be so shy speak up tell what is ur feelings to him and im sure he will understand ur feelings and in the end he will tell to u that he likes u too. and u have same feelings that u have. but girl don't expect too much coz the opposite of this he will just want u to be his friend but its good thing coz lovers start from friendship. so cheers.....
