Question - (12 January 2009) 3 Answers - (Newest, 12 January 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

my boyfriend one night asked me how i felt about him, and i know exactly how i feel about him but for some reason just can't get it out, i guess i'm just scared but it's really starting to drive me crazy because i've always had this problem in relationships, its as if i dont want to let my guard down, and seem vulnerable and then get hurt.

but i've been with my boyfriend for almost a year now, and the only way i can really tell him how i feel is through texting,

he's an amazing guy and i love him to death, i'd really like to tell him everything ive been bottling up, but i'm not sure how or why i cant?

Honeypie agony auntA love letter is a great idea, but please don't use net speak to express your love and feeling for him.

Once you have put it to paper and he has read it it might be a lot easier to talk about. Being able to express your thought and emotions is VITAL for a long lasting and good relationship.

A reader, anonymous, writes (12 January 2009):

How about writing him a little love letter? All it will cost is a couple of sheets of paper and a postage stamp.

If need be, type it out into a 'Word' document to make sure you've got your thoughts and spelling right, then copy it in proper handwriting. That would be much more personal than anything else I can think of, and he'll love it that you put pen to paper for him.
