reader, anonymous, writes (8 May 2008): Wow, how tall are you? I'm 5' 4" and when I was 16 I was 125 and being yelled at from every direction that I was to thin.
Anyway, if you really want to lose a little, all you have to do is be a bit more active. In order to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in, so go out and burn them. Go for a jog, a walk, a bike ride... Just go out and get hyper. Bounce around a little more than you usually would. You're young, you should have plenty of energy lol.
