 Texy him again and ask him to meet up for a chat. Then tell him how you feel when you meet up. He may feel the same especially since he's admitted he misses you too.

 The only thing you can do is ask him if you could meet up and try and explain to him that you messed up and you regret ending things with him and ask him if there would be any chance of you getting back together and giving it another try, if he is not prepared to do that then you just have to move on and not contact him anymore.
