First of all, when you make a promise, always keep it. If you can't keep a promise, then don't bother making it in the first place. You promise her that you'd never get her to do that, and then you got her to. So, in future, when you make a promise, keep it.
That said, I think you have a bit of a drama queen on your hands here. Assuming that you didn't physically force her to do it, then she made the choice herself to also not make you keep your promise. If she hates you because she made the decision to give you a blowjob, then she's not a good girlfriend. She can't choose willingly to do something then blame you afterwards.
I'd think about whether you really want to be with this girl. You broke a promise, and she blamed you for something she chose to do. That doesn't sound like a good relationship to me.
