If you can't use lubes, then you need to make sure you are staying stimulated to encourage your body's natural lubricants. Make sure you're well aroused through lots of foreplay, lots of manual and oral stimulation, stop if you need to and go back to foreplay. Sex should be a fun, shared journey, and good communication is essential!
You may be sensitive to parabens in the lubricants, which can cause an allergic reaction in some people. Read the labels of the lubricants to see if they do contain parabens. Maybe trying on without them will help. Here's a link (turn on your pop-up blocker, this site has a little issue with that!)

Aren't you using condoms? I ask because even if you are mutually monogamous, he might have had previous sex partners, and this increases your risk of STDs... be safe, always, because this issue can cause long term health problems if not properly managed.
Good luck!
