After the 3rd day of talking to her I finally asked her if she was single. She paused and responded "its complicated...not really" I know this sounds pretty bad, but I don't know if I can let her go yet. She doesn't have a boyfriend at the moment anyway so it seems like fair game. I just dont know what I should do now. Continue to try and be friends, or play it cool and ignore her, but risking losing her to the other guy. I originally wanted to ask her to my frat's formal, but now it doesn't seem like such a good idea. Please help me out because I really dont know what to do. Reply to this Question Share |

well it seems she has strings attached but if you really like her you should be prepared for this but maybe she does like you theres only one way to find out ask her?! if she does then great if not then no loss move on

After all if she doesn't then there's no point wasting your time trying to make sure that she doesn't get with the other guy. If she likes you back then hopefully somehow she'll sort out her complications with this other guy. In my opinion i would chose someone who doesn't have some chance of getting with another guy but it's your choice.
