This morning I came on, but the blood flow is just water, I woke up to the usual period pains I normaly get, but it was just liquid. As though my urine had blood in it. I am worried I have some kind of ovary problem or something, but would prefer to know whether I should be worried about this before I go to the doctors or talk to my Mum about it. Any help?

It does sound more like an infection than anything else but the only way to be sure is get yourself to a doctor who'll give you all the tests you need.
Then you and your boyfriend need to have a serious talk about contraception because you're being silly. And at some point in the near future you're going to end up pregnant.
