I am not sexually active once or twice a week, which is the cause of tensions between me and my energic girlfriend!

My girlfriend and I been together going on 3 years this month. She is a very active girl in bed. She seems to want activity every night. Me on the other hand I don't get active once or maybe twice a week. We also turn it into arguments. I use to be such active as she is but I wish i could say how it went away. Our relationship is separating because such topic. My question is, what can I do. Is there a secret. Please help me out!!!
