Stop chasing her, and stop being her friend...no listening to her problems (no being her terapist).
The only way she will see you as a sexual being now, is for you to date other women. She needs to see that other women desire you. Once that happens, her feelings for you will change. Do not try to fake it. Worst thing you could do. Go out there and meet and find other women to date.
In time, when she sees that you are desirable to other girls, she will then re-consider how well she knows you. It is in that window of opportunity that you will have a shot at getting her to be with you.

well not really shes made up her mind but the best thing to do is be there for her as a good friend let her develop feelings hopefully she'll see all the good about you and she might like you but also how do you know for sure she doesnt like you?
