If the actual date of birth of the boy is proved now can the registration become null and void? Is the boy who has manipulated his age liable for any punishment? Reply to this Question Share |

I think if hes above the age of 16 or something like that he can legally get married..or is that with guardian approval??? not sure... anyways, any false information on any form can mean punishment and would be nul and void (meaning, it didn't happen). If they choose to charge (not sure if they would) the boy would go under the Youth Offenders Act, whihc means he would be under 18 and would have to be tried as such, he wouldn't get punished, i'd be more worried about yourself, your the legal adult, you'll get in trouble....you couldn't have waited a little bit longer? and what about his parents? do they kow, do they care?
