First thing, I think you need to find out whether or not the relationship she is in is serious or not. If she is just messing around with someone, I think it's safe to tell her how you feel and then let her decide what it is she wants to do. However, if she is in a serious relationship, I think that you should save telling her for now, until she either breaks up with him or you find someone else, easier said than done, believe me I know, but when I was in this situation I left the guy alone [although I had such strong feelings for him] and then about two years later [ages I know...] he was still going out with her, and I met the most amazing guy.
I hope that whatever you decide to do that everything turns out okay. You sound like a really decent lad. It's all easier said than done but in the end everything will work out. I promise xxx

ok then. nice to see a guy who admits he actually has feelings"first off, r u sure she has a bf? u sure it isnt just a friend she knows or a misinformed idiot telling u the wrong thing?if she does happen to have a bf, then ur in a bit of a pickle (as u can imagine)just get to no her a bit better and see how well u get on.now, im not condoning 'partner stealing' but just see if shes right for you and whether her bf is right for her. if her bf isnt right for her, she WILL realized -eventually- and that will be ur chance.hope this helps!:)
