I agree with the post below. This mostly depends on your positon with him. He's probably applying too much pressure to your lower back some how.

 I guess it all depends on which positions you use.. Try going for positions that don't strain your back, or that bend your spine in an unnatural way. It shouldn't matter how many times you have sex, just be careful of the position of your spine :)

 It depends you can have sex trought the whole night but you must also rest otherwise you might get back pain and ur legs may also begin to ache. Try to have small breaks in between and to sleep in a position that you are comfortable with. But if the pain you're getting is out of the ordinary then you should see a doctor and ask if it's anything to do with your sex life.
