Dude, be for real. A girl you aren't even familiar with is saying she loves you. You never mentioned if you like her. Are you just suddenly interested in taking her out on a date because of that one incident? You said this was a few months ago, if that situation was a one time thing then leave it alone. However it curiosity keeps knocking at your door, and you want to know if she likes you, get her alone and ask her. I emphasize get her alone because females can act totally different when they are around people, also you don't want her to feel pressured. Avoid asking her through a letter, or email, or through someone else as this makes you look like you're not confident. Oh yeah, if this was a one time thing, chances are, she wasn't serious.
