writes:I'm so confused and after tonight very agitated! I had a co-worker and what appeared to be a good friend for 3 years. We worked together alot of hours and up until the time that she quit, she would tell me she missed me if she didn't see me for even as little as a week or so. 3 months ago she quit and I stood by her decision and tried to be there as a friend. But almost as soon as she left she started avoiding me and talking to me. I've asked her about this and she gets irritated and says I'm imagining things. Where we work(ed) is a restaurant and she stops in apparently quite often and always when I'm not there. Again I told her this bothered me and if she wanted me to leave her alone tgen please just tell me so I know where I stand. She got mad again and said we were friends. So I took her word for it and let it go. I've tried texting her and if I get a reply it's short with few words. But I was working for someone else tonight when I'm normally gone and she showed up. She acted almost as if she still worked there with everyone else but was her lately usual cold towards me, barely talking. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I've always defended this girl and stood up for her and helped her. When I talked before to her about coming in only when I'm not there, she told me to get food, but not visit but tonight sat and ate and talked to our manager for 40 minutes. She's always telkling him about her life and how she's doing but never tells me anything even if I ask about it. I do know it's not a crush or something b/c he's 40 yrs older than her. But I am just completely angry and jealous and confused by how she's now acting to me. It makes no sense. Help?
