You can't "turn" gay, you either are or not (or of course bi-sexual). If this guy looks and sounds like a girl, maybe that's what you're attracted to, the feminine side, so I personally wouldn't worry, it's only ONE boy you like. It's pretty normal to have a crush on someone of the same sex at that age (or any for that matter). If in time you think you like both men and women, it doesn't mean there's anything 'wrong' with you, but it's early days, try not to worry too much.
