I was also wondering if using a condom can make you bleed after sex and if switching to another type of birth control could help. I was a little sore already before sex last time, but it didn't hurt while we were doing it. Then I have been bleeding all day, but just spotting and I am a little sore.

There are some causes for those spotting of yours. It might be caused because you were a little dry down there when he came in. It also might be because you switch contraceptive pills. Usually those pills does cause light spotting too. If you still feel uneasy, then going to see a doctor is the best choice.

If you are worried go ask the doc. K?

Condoms wont make you bleed. And the sort of bleeding you are talking about wont stop by changing the type of pill you use. It sounds as if youve received an injury somewhere due to the rough love making. Seek a medical opinion.
