 It may be that you are just inexperienced and shy, and wary of the inevitable awkwardness of the first time ( any first time is a bit unnerving ). Or, it may be that your body is subconsciously telling you that oral sex does not do it for you. Don't be surprised, there is no "one size fits all " sexual act. Some women like receiving oral sex - and some women don't like it that much, or not at all.
Don't force yourself to try it before you are ready- toy with the idea in your mind, and when you feel curious and relaxed enough about it, give it a try , with no particular expectations. It may be something that rocks your world , or it may be something that leaves you indifferent or turned off. In this last case, don't feel bad- there is nothing mandatory in sex. Sex is about finding your own fulfillment, not about doing what other people say it's good.

 Fear of the unknown. We read a lot about how amazing oral sex is for a woman but some women really just don't like it. You won't know until you try though right?
I think that with time you'll feel comfortable enough to experiment with your bf. Wait until you're ready. And if you don't change your mind then don't feel that it's something you have to try.
