..... I moved to tghe country and i had nothin to do becuz i was alone for 2 hours before school and i would get depressed and i would be sleepy and i wouldnt have energy for anything Try to take maybe 2days each week when u get done with school work and stuff and get home just go to sleep becuz if u go to sleep for a little bit u dont have so much stress idk if it will work for u but it did for me

reader, anonymous, writes (31 December 2006): You said right there - you have all these things to do. So the most prudent thing to do is cut down on the things you want to do. I used to take on every thing, at the end of that particular journey, I ended up really sick, which took quite a long time to recuperate.
