I was just wearing a towel, as I was in the shower, and as I reached the my hall she (my mothers friend) was there,she greeted me and complimented me on my body (I am good muscular body) and told me that she got a new Nokia N 95 phone.. at that time I asked her if she wanted some coffee or juice.. she was sitting in front of me.. well just that moment, my towel slipped off; right in front of her.. and it was so embrassing.. she looked at me and within a second clicked a photo from here nokia phone..this lady has been my neighbour for 12 yrs now and she is good looking..What do you suggest I do?

 Behave yourself! You are subject to ruining a good relationship with a good neighbor. It's customary when someone comes to the door to put your clothes on first! You should have at least put on a robe. It wasn't a very good or decent thing to do most would say and it would probably seem that you were enticing this woman.
If she is interested in you and she may very well be you should back this thing up a bit and make sure that you aren't getting into something that you can't handle. It seems you are asking because you want someone to tell you that you should just go ahead with it and get 'er done but you in fact should act like a gentleman and if you really didn't mean to let the towel slip, let it go as her giving you a nice compliment.
She probably was flirting with you but perhaps she thinks you really did all of this because you are wanted to seduce her. Chances are she was doing a little seduction routine for herself on YOU!
Remember that even if she is nice looking and even if she is interested it might not turn out to be a good thing to go there. If things don't work out should you get involved it could make for a very bad situation living close to her.
