Cafe mocha is my favorite and it gives me good energy for the entire day. However recently I had a vanilla latte twice. Once before dinner and once just after lunch. Both times, I became extremely hungry right after! And in the evening I felt really tired just like I did in the morning, as if I didn't have caffeine at all. What is this caffeine weirdness? -after caffeine wears out, you will feel tired (the "crash")
-you will become more tolerant to caffeine even if you drink one coffee every other day
-breaking the "addiction" means going through the stage of caffeine withdrawal, you will feel very tired for a few days but it's easily doable (done it)
-Starbucks coffee has a LOT of sugar: it makes you hungry. I actually found sugarless coffee useful in dieting (didn't feel like eating afterwards)
Cheers, and try to taste some real coffee, not that Starbucks syrup-y stuff :)

Its the sugar...its making you crash. Get black coffee, no sugar or syrups and you will see a difference.
