What are ways to control your hungar because i wanna slim down and get in shape and since food is in my house i feel i need to eat all the time how can i control my hungar and start my diet????

You can control hunger by eating. Okay jokes aside, diets are useless. A healthy diet and regular exercise are the only way to properly and permanently slim down.

Make sure you eat three good meals a day, just cut down the amount of sugar and fat you eat. Change your lifestyle to a more healthy one, walk everywhere, use stairs instead of the elevator, join a sports club, get rid of all the chocolate, cakes and other sweet items from your house and eat fruit instead.

If you're feeling hungry outside of your three meals and want a snack, just have a glass of water or piece of fruit and go for a long walk.

Sure there are 'diets' that will help you lose weight quickly but they take effort, willpower and self control, they're not permanent because they're unhealthy. There really is no need for that, changing lifestyle is easy and pain free, it becomes habit and you dont even have to think about losing weight it just happens.

we in india practice yoga,one of the acts of yoga which we call the 'panchan kriya'is known to help people to control their hunger and looose wieght.To do this when you are feeling hungary just roll your tounge upwards and touch it with your i mouth and keep it there as a result of which the saliva which is coming in your mouth goes back and automatically your hunger will dissappear.you can do this while walking,working etc.also start the habbit of drinking water early morning.SAI will help you to overcome.'OM SAI RAM'
