Would you rather have her not ever tell you or would you be glad shes close enough to you to tell? Would you look at her differently or have changed feelings? Sorry for so many questions just confused on what i should do. Thanks for any help. Reply to this Question Share |

hey i'm not a guy but i was molested when i was younger and i did tell my boyfriend. he was amazing about it and he even comes to therapy with me. he told me immediately after i told him that it wasnt my fault that my molester hurt me and that he doesnt think any less of me. in fact, her told me i was brave for even telling him. he said he was glad i told him because now he knows that i may not be comfortable in some types of sexual situations. basically, he was great about it. if you were molested...you should tell your boyfriend. it's something he may want to know. have the conversation in a quiet secluded place where you two can talk without any distractions. its a serious matter but should be handled with care. good luck.

it depends how long you have been together. i was raped at age 14 and told my boyfriend this as he is the only man ive ever trusted and i thought he deserved the right to know. he was understanding and made me feel slightly better about the problem, ok my issue is not as bad as urs but i hope if you love him and trust him he will do the right thing.
