How will I explain my deception?

i started dating this other guy in my school but i used false identity because at the beginning i did not want him to know who i really was due to the fact that i had a crush on his friend and i did not want him to know who i was either because i chatted with him too(my crush).......... the thing is now i want to tell him the truth coz i think its high time to do so...... how will i explain and how will i tell him to meet me? since i know he already know me by face............
