 Hi i'm 13 too. I have made out with a guy a couple of times. Its pretty easy, basically u just kiss eachother altho if the guy is a step ahead he might want to feel you up. Incase you don't know what this is, its where he basically touches your boobs when you are kissing, if this happens and you don't feel comfortable just tell him how you feel and he would stop.
