writes:My sister had a boyfriend from which she had a son who I love, my only and favorite nephew. They never loved each other and the relationship deteriorated fast and broke up. But he ended up falling in love with me, I liked him too so we had a relationship in secret. This has been going on for years, I cant stand it any longer though. I need to end this before we are caught, but the problem is he is truly in love with me. I was his first true love and he just cannot let me go. It has been hard for me too but I know that we don't have a future together, we can be caught any moment now, and that this is all wrong. All this thinking has made me strong enough to let him go, but now I have to help him forget about me. He says he doesnt eat, he doesnt sleep, he is doing really bad at work, and will not leave me alone. I dont know how to help him.

The future is what you make it this guy really seems to care about you and love you if you love him you need to stop living in secret it wont be easy im sure, but you should confront your sister about it. you can just turn your back on this guy but that seems selfish you cant just expect him to turn off his feelings after years of building up an emotional attachment to you love is not a light switch. if you dont love him tell him he will have no choice but to move on but to break up because of the opinions of others is not logical. My advice is to come out about your relationship this guy is the father of your nephew hes gonna be around hes still gonna be in your life, thasts all i can say with the details youve given
