There's no question that there is a chemistry between us but he's very shy and lacks self-confidence so nothing has actually happened other than lingering looks and deep conversations. I'm leaving the place we work in this week and can't bear the thought of never seeing him again. I've considered sending him a heartfelt email and just pouring it all out but that seems pretty pathetic for a 37 year old woman! How can I get him to understand how I feel without scaring him off? Or do I just move on, get over my broken heart and accept that if he liked me as much as I like him, he'd get over his shyness and ask me out already!

Your a woman who knows what she wants and dosen't let fear hold her back. This courage you have will eventually bring you the happiness you seek.
