I eat all day and no matter what, i cant seem to gain the weight. I feel bad because I really want to model. But i cant because I'm "underweight". What can i do to gain weight the healthy way? Chisa is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks for the advice. But do u remember when the weight of models being underweight became such a big issue that they retired 5 girls from the runway for being under 18.5 as their bmi? im only a 17.4 and thats what im worried about.

Double Quarter Pounder meals, large, with full strength cokes or frozen cokes.
Once you reach your ideal weight cut down, but don't cut out, start exercising regularly and see what foods and exercise regimes you need to MAINTAIN an ideal weight.
That about it really. Gaining weight is about the easiest thing you can do. Losing it however... not so easy.
