 I've never performed oral on a woman, but the same happens when giving a blowjob. It's just like any other muscle, with more exercise it will become stronger. The more you do it, the less painful it will be. If it's ever really bad pain though, while you're doing it, don't feel obligated. I'm sure if she gives you oral she will understand. If something starts to really hurt, stop.

 Completely normal. With some practice those muscles will get stronger and not hurt so bad. It is never right for her to expect it though. She can hope for it, and if you like doing it, probably get it, but expecting it is going too far in my book.
One thing you can do to not get so sore is cut back. Don't go for so long. Another thing you can do is mix it up. Give oral for a while, switch to your hand, then back. It will give you a break and still give her lots of pleasure. Another technique is instead of doing all tongue and jaw, use your whole head to move your tongue. Your neck may get sore, but it will probably save your jaw a bit.
Really, Oral sex is quite uncomfortable for both men and women to perform. Women often get similar aching jaws giving us BJ's. If she goes down on you, she's probably experienced similar pain and can empathize.
