I've found it doesn't make a whole lot of difference, just be even more careful to avoid your teeth getting involved. That can be painful.

The mechanics are basically the same. I agree, though...just ask him and you can also see how he responds to what you are doing.

However, to answer your question...yes, the ridge on the underside of the head (frenulum) is very sensitive. But like most sensitive areas, if you focus on it, you will desensititze it and it wont feel good after a while. uncircumcised guys I've known (my college roomie, for example...no, I'm not gay) have bragged that they "feel" more because of the extra skin and the way it rolls over the ridge on their head during sex. However, direct contact of this ridge with a womans vagina, lips or tongue is an exquisite sensation that I would think would be masked by foreskin covering it...so I suppose people could argue all day. If I recall from my A&P classes, the foreskins purpose is to provide a sheath that the penis slides back and forth in during intercourse...so it may be better for women who aren't well lubricated or into the friction.
There are studies out there that do indicate sex does feel slightly better for a man who is uncircumcised. Of course, millions of circumcised men, myself included, would disagree.
I wouldn't worry. Most guys in the US are circumcised, and millions have no trouble "being satisfied". I'm sure the techniques for either would be about the same and have the same effect.

lol...yes, apparently the area beneath the head is more sensitive..I also read that flicking one's tongue very quickly on the peehole is also stimulating. Since there's no foreskin, the focus is on stimulating the shaft and the testicles. You can take those in your mouth, lick, gently touch etc. Ask him what he likes! When you're talking to him on the phone, bring the subject up and guys find it damn sexy when a woman purrs out: "What do you want me to do to you....?" lol FBR
