If he makes you feel uncomfortable then you should tell him, and hopefully he will back off, if this does not work then tell a teacher or one of your parents.

You need a male friend to tell him that you are uncomfortable with his actions however innocent they may be. He should be aware that in your culture such actions are unacceptable and often have consequences.
That way it doesn't involve your family. As long as he backs off you can continue your studies with him if you are happy to do so.
If however you are still creeped out by him then you need to find another teacher. Tell your parents you would be happier with a female teacher if they could kindly arrange that.
