The point here is not to ask him go out , if you believe in what he is saying , do take time and concentrate , wander a little bit around his expressions when you are at home right before sleeping , and use you own immaginations.Don't decide on things swiftly , just be brave.

 Casually ask him to go see a movie together or something like that. Don't make too much of a big deal about it, just go somewhere just the 2 of you and start getting to know him. dont rush things, do lots of nice stuff together and let him be the one to ask you out on an "official date"?
