reader, anonymous, writes (17 March 2009): I've been down the road of doing mostly cardio. While it feels good to get that andrenaline going, I can honestly tell you that in order to see toned results like you are looking for, you need to lift weights. If your'e female you won't bulk up or get big unless you take steriods. I've finally cut down the cardio and focus mostly on weights and I started seeing a difference within 2 weeks already.
