This is a simple answer but it may cause long term effects on your friendship.
If you say 'no' this will more than likely effect your relationship.
Don't reply with a 'closed text' e.g no.
You need to be nice and also bare in mind your friends feelings to. Just say something like "I don't see you in that way, you're a good friend- nothing more" or something along those lines.
