At first I thought 'Mum, don't try and find me a girlfriend, that's not cool'. Then I looked at her Facebook page. She is hot! She's currently single, she's 23.We have been exchanging messages, she says she not looking for love at the moment (but don't all girls say that when they secretly are?!).It's my birthday on Sunday, and I am thinking of messaging her to ask her if she'd like to come over for a drink. How do you think I should play it?

Maybe you should give her your handphone number, tell her plans might change because you are busy. But that includes telling her a teeny weeny lie, I mean it's ok if you really are busy, but I hate telling lies to my loved ones . Congrats on England! You should watch World Cup together! It might make your relationship closer.

She's watching England in the World Cup - hoperfully they'll get through tomorrow, then we can watch the next game together!

I hadn't checked my Facebook since Friday, and checked it this morning to see a message from her asking about yesterday and saying she would come!
I have asked her out for a drink though. Don't know when!
Do you think she was just saying she isn't looking for love at the moment to get me to 'work on her' or is that a genuine statement?
